You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the kuda14 platform. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms.
Each individual may hold only one active kuda14 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or pending bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Read them before opting in.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kuda14 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, arbitrage betting schemes, and any form of manipulation are strictly prohibited. Violations result in permanent account closure and fund forfeiture.
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration. kuda14 operates under internationally recognized gaming regulatory frameworks.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kuda14 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, depositing, or placing any bet or wager on kuda14, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Access to and use of the kuda14 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.

Any Player who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account permanently closed, and all funds — including winnings — may be forfeited. The Platform is designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participating on kuda14 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise legally prohibited from entering contractual agreements are not eligible to use the Platform.

To access the full range of services on kuda14, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID card / KTP), a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a secure password. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may register and maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances held across those Accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. kuda14 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account for additional protection. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity.
All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. kuda14 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information on file. Accounts found to contain materially false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension or permanent closure.
Tip: Use the same name as on your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) or passport when registering. Mismatches between your Account name and your payment method name are a common cause of withdrawal delays during KYC review.
kuda14 is required under its international licensing obligations and internal compliance policies to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests or when triggered by certain account activity thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
kuda14 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases or requests for additional documentation may extend this period. Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. No interest or compensation is payable on funds held during a legitimate verification review.
kuda14 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal and to close an Account if the Player fails to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe, or if documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise unacceptable.
kuda14 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kuda14 does not accept cash, wire transfers from unrecognized institutions, or payments originating from third-party accounts not in the Player's own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. Deposits made via local bank transfers are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. kuda14 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within your Account at the time of the request. kuda14 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 2–24 hours during normal operating conditions (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Independence Day, or when additional verification is required.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. Similarly, withdrawals will only be paid to accounts in the Player's verified name.
⚠ Important: Depositing funds using a payment account that does not match your registered name is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. Always use your own BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. kuda14 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
kuda14 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account. Wagering is applied first to Real Money Funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated in a promotion's terms, or on excluded games, will not count toward wagering requirements.
kuda14 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of free bet mechanics. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds voided, any winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and may have their Account permanently closed.
kuda14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already opted in under the original terms. Bonuses that have been credited in error may be removed from a Player's Account regardless of whether wagers have been placed using those funds.
A bet or wager is only valid once it has been accepted by the kuda14 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed verbally, via email, or through any channel other than the Platform's official betting interface are not valid. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirming placement.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet type are displayed within the betting interface. kuda14 reserves the right to set individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion, including for professional or high-volume bettors, without providing specific reasons.
All sports betting — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and international events — is governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement of more than 24 hours, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules, which generally provide for void bets and stake returns. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void leg reduces the accumulator by that selection.
kuda14 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — including typographical errors, system glitches, or mispriced markets — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a manifest error is identified, affected Players will be notified and stakes returned to their Account.
All casino games, including slot gacor (high-payout slots), live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, and lottery draw-based games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live session, the outcome of the disrupted game round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules, and the Platform's decision is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kuda14 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the kuda14 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kuda14. Unauthorized use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offense.
kuda14 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. kuda14 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the terms of our operating license.

Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuda14 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
kuda14's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kuda14 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance where operationally feasible.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kuda14 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
kuda14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Operator. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, remaining balances may be forfeited. In all other cases, Real Money Funds will be returned following a compliance review.
kuda14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operators under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent kuda14 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
